HAIKAL CLOCKS IN WITH A BETTER LAP TIME IN RACE 2
Muhd Nur Haikal M. Nur Fikri bags the most points in the MSBK250 B Class of Malaysia Superbike Championship.
Haikal took the 6th spot on the grid. With each lap, he was seen consistently defending his position and never took a position down. By the fourth lap, Haikal managed to take one spot up and repositioned himself at P5.
Overall, Haikal performed better in Race 2 compared to Race 1 where he was positioned third. In Race 1, Haikal marked 22’37:429s. Race 2 shows an improved laptime.
With that, Haikal who rode aboard the Yamaha YZF-R25 completed the 8-lap race, clocking in at 21’56:492s.
Commenting on the race, Haikal said, “This was a very good race for me and I am satisfied with my lap time today. For Race 3, I will do my best to maintain my position.”
At the second highest points, it was Muhammad Fauzi Hasan who made it at 22’18:928s.
Coming in at third, was Saidatul Zakirah Zairin of BTECH RACING TEAM, logging in at 22’26:339s.
