At lights out, Afif launched to an excellent start, immediately taking the lead ahead of his teammate Md Akid Aziz, Irfan Ardiansyah of MAEZTRO NWN SCK HONDA RACING, and Md Syamil Amsyar M Iffende of HONG LEONG YAMAHA MALAYSIA in P4. By Lap 2, Reynaidi Pradana of REY RACING SPEED had powered through the pack, attempting to break away from the tightly bunched group. Lap 3 saw Syamil set the fastest lap of 2’26.650s, briefly moving into first position, but a mistake allowed Afif, Irfan, and Reynaidi to regain the top spots. On Lap 4, Syamil experienced technical setbacks that cost him valuable podium contention. The race continued to intensify with Reynaidi overtaking Afif to lead briefly, and Irfan rising to the top, only for Afif to reclaim first on Lap 7. Akid remained close behind, making it difficult for challengers to break through, while Reynaidi and Idlan rounded out the top five. On the final lap, Irfan attempted a late move to snatch the lead, but Afif’s speed and strategy prevailed. The top three riders exchanged positions in a nail-biting battle, but it was Afif who crossed the finish line first in 19’36.768s. Teammate Akid claimed second in 19’36.871s, while Reynaidi secured third in 19’37.077s. Irfan, unfortunately, crashed at the last corner, ending his race in disappointment. Afif said, “Alhamdulillah, I’m grateful to have won today’s race. I knew the competition would be tough, as the top five riders were practically in one group at the front. I tried to plan my strategy from the start, but I couldn’t break away as they anticipated my moves.
