NAKARIN DOMINATES RACE 2, AZLAN SECURES OVERALL FIRST RUNNER-UP

Round 4 of the MAM Malaysia Superbike Championship culminated in a thrilling Race 2 at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, with Nakarin Atiratphuvapat of HONDA RACING THAILAND clinching victory. Despite already securing the championship title after Race 1, Nakarin displayed unwavering determination to dominate once again, securing his sixth consecutive win of the season. The race began with Azroy Hakeem Anuar of BOON SIEW HONDA RACING TEAM leading the charge, closely followed by Kasma Daniel Kasmayudin of YAMAHA TEKHNE RACING TEAM ASIA. Nakarin started in P3, calmly trailing the front-runners while fending off pressure from Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman of HORIZON RACING TEAM and Md Ibrahim Md Norrodin of FGRT PROJECT. FAHMI CLINCHES RACE 2 WIN AND WEEKEND CHAMPION TITLE

Mohd Fahmi Abdul Wahaf of FGRT PROJECT delivered an outstanding performance in Race 2 of the MSBK1000 B category at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, securing both the race victory and the coveted Weekend Champion title. The race started with Mohd Azlly Shaari of FGRT PROJECT leading the pack, but Azlly faced relentless pressure from his teammate Fahmi and Singaporean rider Heng Si Kiat. Determined to claim the Weekend Champion title, Fahmi overtook Si Kiat to take P2 and began closing the gap to Azlly. By Lap 5, Fahmi made his decisive move, overtaking Azlly to claim the lead. HELMI TRIUMPHS, THANAT TAKES OVERALL FIRST RUNNER-UP

Muhd Helmi Azman of BOON SIEW HONDA RACING TEAM, known as the “Prince of Sepang,” lived up to his title with a commanding victory in Race 2 of the MSBK600 category. The race also saw Thanat Laoongplio of HONDA RACING THAILAND secure the overall first runner-up position for the season. The race began with Thanat leading the pack, closely followed by Helmi and his teammate Muhd Syarifuddin Azman. By Lap 2, Helmi surged to the front, demonstrating his mastery of the circuit. AFIF CLAIMS VICTORY, IRFAN CROWNED CHAMPION

The final race of the MSBK250 A category in Round 4 of the MAM Malaysia Superbike Championship delivered intense action at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit. Ahmad Afif Amran of YAMAHA TEKHNE RACING TEAM ASIA emerged victorious in Race 2, while Irfan Ardiansyah of HONDA NWN SCK RACING TEAM secured the 2024 championship title. Afif established an early lead, closely followed by Kitsada Tanachot from HONDA RACING THAILAND and Muhd Jazil Juraimi of Singapore. However, the race dynamics shifted on Lap 4 when Kitsada clocked an impressive lap time of 2’26:587s at a top speed of 188.5 km/h, successfully overtaking Afif. KABILESH, WEEKEND CHAMPION

Race 2 of the MSBK250 B category saw Kabilesh Rajini Krishnan of RACR CASTROL POWER 1 ULTIMATE claimed victory and emerged as the Weekend Champion. Kabilesh dominated the race, determined not to repeat his second-place finish in Race 1 behind Rakha Bima Saktiansyah of HONDA NWN SCK RACING TEAM. RAYYAN WINS, ADIB CHAMPION OF 2024

The highly competitive Race 2 of the Berjaya Sompo YAMAHA Y16ZR Race MasterClass saw Rayyan Khardanee Mohd Sanusi of PS RACING TEAM secure victory, while Muhd Adib Arsyad Mohd Hisam of PJ WONG MOTOR clinched the 2024 championship title. Throughout the race, Rayyan, Muhd Al Syakir Zufayri Muhd Al Amirul Zaki of CHJ RACING, and Adib fought fiercely for the top positions.
