WIN FOR IRFAN IN RACE 1

It was a proud moment for Muhd Irfan Haykal Amidi of BOON SIEW HONDA RACING TEAM when he took charge of Race 1 in Round 3, Malaysia Superbike Championship (MSBK) and made it to the top spot on the podium in the MSBK250 A Class which was held at Sepang International Circuit.

In the qualifying session that was conducted earlier this morning, Muhd Irfan Haykal Amidi of BOON SIEW HONDA RACING TEAM made the fastest time lap at 2’30:561s followed by M. Amirul Affiq A. Solikhin of BUDAK KIMIA-JOND CHAIN LUBE RACING BY BRAAAP at 2’30:927s. In third fastest, it was Muhd Alif Ashraf Tahiruddin of TEGUH MOKTI’s RACING TEAM at 2’36:133s.

During the race, Irfan took lead of the troop with Amirul at P2. However, as he made his laps around the circuit, he created a bigger gap between himself and his closest rival. For 8 laps, Irfan placed himself steadily at P1 and towards the chequered flag, he confidently glided to a finish at 20’17:747s.

Amirul who was pacing around consistently made it to the second spot on the podium when he logged in at 20’37:405s.

At the third place, it was Muhd Zakir Naqiuddin of BTECH RACING TEAM at 21’13:226s.
