FARIZ CLOCKED IN FASTEST DESPITE RAINY WEATHER

Ahmad Fariz Zafri made the fastest in MSBK250 B of the Malaysia Superbike Championship when he clocked in at 2’44:784s.

It was an impressive mark for a newbie in the category, taking a chance in the rainy weather.

Commenting on the practice, Fariz said, “I am glad to have clocked in fastest. That too with used tires. I hope tomorrow will be a better one. I expect that it will rain tomorrow and definitely it would be an advantage to riders who are using the right tires. Hopefully, it won’t be a heavy downpour.”

Second fastest spot was taken by Muhammad Fauzi Hasan of SOTOS MOSA RACING TEAM at 2’47:655s.

At the third fastest spot, it was Muhd Nur Haikal Muhammad Nur Fikri who logged in at 2:49:009s.
