AZROY CONQUER PRACTICE SESSION

MSBK1000 A in Round 2 of the MAM Malaysia Superbike Championship (MSBK) at PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit happened today. Azroy Hakeem Anuar of BOON SIEW HONDA RACING TEAM emerged as the fastest in Practice Session, combined.

Azroy Hakeem Anuar of BOON SIEW HONDA RACING TEAM appeared the fastest in Practice 1 when he clocked the fastest lap time of 2’08:517s which placed Kasma Daniel Kasmayudin of YAMAHA TEKHNE RACING TEAM ASIA at 2’08:887s and Nakarin Atiratphuvaphat of HONDA RACING THAILAND at 2’09:292s in second and third place respectively.

In Practice 2, Azroy again led the pack at 2’09:168s. Azlan Shah Kamaruzaman of HORIZON RACING TEAM took second place at 2’09:501s followed by Soichiro Minamimoto of YAMAHA TEKHNE RACING TEAM ASIA at 2’09:631s.

Combined result for practice session, Nakarin came on top as fastest overall, while Azroy placed second and Azalan took the third spot.

Azroy said, “Overall, today wasn’t very good for my lap times due to several issues with my bike. I also had a fall in FP1, which made me more cautious while riding. We have some solutions for tomorrow, and I hope to improve my bike’s condition. Of course, I’m aiming to secure a spot on the podium for Race 1 tomorrow.”
