AMIR FASTEST IN RACE 2

Round 3 of the Malaysia Superbike Championship happened today at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit. Md Amir Izzat Rozali of Horizon Racing Team marked fastest today in Race 2, MSBK1000 B race category.
In yesterday’s race, Amir and Ming Chen went on a heated battle while Chee Yen, Radzi and Kuo fought for the top three positions. As Amir and Ming Chen engaged in the exchange of positions, Kuo and Radzi found their way ahead of Chee Yen. On the last lap, Amir maintained his momentum and struck the fastest position while Ming Chen made it second fastest. Kuo and Radzi had one last push before Kuo made it first for the third fastest.
In Race 2, Amir was strongly positioned in P1 with Ming Chen at P2 and Radzi at P3. While Amir was comfortable with his pace at P1 and off the pressure from the duo behind him, Ming Chen and Radzi battled for the next position in line and before lap 2 ended, Radzi overtook Ming Chen. The intensity between the duo mounted as they challenged each other. At P4, Kuo was left out at quite a distance. Amir on the other hand was seemingly in a good spot and with no pressure from the back, he kept to his momentum. Ming Chen and Radzi went on to compete but over the last few laps, Ming Chen picked up pace and went on ahead. On the last lap, Amir went on to claim the fastest at 22’26:217s.
Hsuan Ming Chen of Dream Team maintained his momentum and took the second fastest spot at 22’35:113s.
Md Radzi Omar of FGRT (Fauzi Gan Racing Team) made it third fastest at 22’55:035s.
