AAN RISWANTO FASTEST IN MSBK250

Round 3 of the Malaysia Superbike Championship began today at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit. Aan Riswanto of Honda GFS MTS Racing Team marked the fastest today in the free practice session, combined in the MSBK250 A race category.

Earlier today in FP1, Aan Riswanto of Honda GFS MTS Racing Team clocked in fastest with his best lap time at 2’28:188s. Second fastest was Irfan Haykal of Boon Siew Honda Racing Team with his best lap time at 2’28:083s followed by his teammate Farid Hakimi with his fastest lap time at 2’29:150s. In FP2, Muzakkir of Horizon Racing Team completed the session fastest with his best lap time at 2’27:886s followed by Aan Riswanto once again with his best lap time at 2’28:188s. At the third fastest was Irfan Haykal with his best lap time at 2’28:675s.

The session was completed with Aan Riswanto being fastest for the day with his fastest lap time at 2’27:597s. Aan Riswanto is a newbie for the season nevertheless he has showcased his competitive side racing alongside Muzakkir and Irfan who have set quite the standard in the MSBK250 A race category. Adding on to the challenge was the wet condition of the circuit due to the rain earlier but Aan Riswanto was able to find his composure and make the best of his lap time in both the free practice sessions.

Taking the second fastest spot combined was Md Muzakkir with his best lap time at 2’27:596s.

Md Irfan Haykal made it third fastest with his best lap time at 2’28:083s
